Our key members have in average 15-25 years of experience within offshore oil and gas related business. The last 10 years; M7’s core personnel have experience from key positions in 15 FPSO projects world wide (project execution and detail engineering), and a vast number of concepts of various detailing level.
Our core personnel have also participated in the large developments in the North Sea the last 2 decades.

- M7 have in depth knowledge of all the process systems, ref “Product Range” to the left.
- M7’s core engineering disciplines are process, automation/instrumentation and layout. Structural, electrical, safety and materials are done by cooperation partners.
- M7’s Project Managers work with own projects and within Client’s management teams. They have the knowledge and experience of what it takes to deliver a project without delays and cost overruns.
- M7 know all major international standards within the business. We are used to work offshore Brazil, India, Australia, Africa and in Gulf of Mexico and North Sea.
- M7 has in house simulation tools and 3-D systems suitable for the business, ref “IT-systems” to the left.
- M7 has established procedures to ensure safe and efficient project execution and operation. We will highlight the working methods for:

- Interface
- Project execution
- Also, Quality Policy & Quality Objectives are established to ensure quality and ethical norms are followed.
- M7 has web based administration tools, enabling smooth project execution across time zones. Hence, the Documentation control systems can be accessed easily by partners, fabricators, clients, etc.
- M7 is qualified in Achilles Joint Qualification System for suppliers to the Oil Industry in Norway/ Denmark.
- M7 has experience from international projects with in depth knowledge from SE Asia.
- M7 has cooperation agreements with partners in different segments to undertake large projects and to do work outside M7’s core competence.
